Retroversity does not handle returns personally. All returns must be made through either zazzle.com or cafepress.com respectively. You will notice when you purchase an item, your receipt will be from either of the two companies.

Zazzle.com If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

To return your items:

1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.

2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.

3. Send the package to:
